The plan is drawn at the second storey. Block 5 stands on the Marina Gardens Lane side and Block 3 on the Marina Boulevard side, with the landscape deck between them: the 50-metre pool and the grand lawn lie between the towers, the family pools and the playground sit by the clubhouse, and the childcare centre has a playground of its own.
On the first storey below, the legend lists the drop-off, a water feature and a pocket garden, the guard house, the management office, the shops and the restaurant, the entrance to the MRT station, and a public bus shelter and taxi stand. Loading bays, the substation and the bin centre are on the second basement.
Reading the One Marina Gardens Site Plan with the Floor Plans
Every floor plan of One Marina Gardens carries a key plan showing where its stack sits, so the site plan, the elevation chart and the floor plans read together. Homes in Block 3 sit in stacks 01 to 14 and homes in Block 5 in stacks 15 to 27.
